As part of the 14th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation, the European Union has included Russian singer Polina Gagarina, singer Yaroslav Dronov (known by the stage name Shaman), and actor Ivan Okhlobystin in the “blacklist.” This was stated in a document published in the official journal of the European Union.
Additionally, actor Vyacheslav Manucharov was also included in the list. According to the document, these cultural figures participated in events supporting the Russian Armed Forces. The EU sanctions also extended to three-time Olympic synchronized swimming champion Maria Kiseleva, who publicly supported the war in Ukraine.
It should be noted that today, June 24, the EU imposed restrictions on 116 individuals and legal entities from Russia as part of the 14th package of sanctions. According to the document, the European Union has also imposed restrictions on the export of dual-use goods and technologies to 61 companies from non-EU countries, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, the United Arab Emirates, and Turkey.
